Article 1 [Purpose)

Article 2 (Definition)

02 “Users” refer to members and non-members who access the “mall” and receive the services provided by the “mall” in accordance with these terms and conditions.

03 “Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member in the “mall” and who can continuously use the services provided by the “mall”.

04 ‘Non-member’ refers to a person who uses the service provided by the “mall” without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Explanation, explanation and revision of terms and conditions, etc.)

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

04 In the case of the preceding paragraph, the “mall” compensates the user for damages caused by this. However, this is not the case if the “Mall” proves that there is no intention or negligence. all.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

01 "Mall" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or interruption of communication of information and communication facilities such as computers.

02 "Mall" compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of the provision of services due to the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, if the “Mall” proves that there is no intention or negligence, Not so.

03 In the event that the service cannot be provided due to conversion of business item, abandonment of business, integration between companies, etc., the “mall” notifies the user in the manner stipulated in Article 8, and Compensation to consumers according to conditions. However, if the “mall” does not notify the compensation standards, etc., the mileage or reserve of users will be paid in kind or It is paid to users in cash.

Article 6 (Membership)

01 Users apply for membership by entering member information according to the registration form set by the “mall” and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions.

02 “Mall” registers as a member among users who have applied for membership as described in Paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following subparagraphs.

1) If the applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership in accordance with Article 7 (3) of these Terms and Conditions, however, 3 years have elapsed since the loss of membership under Article 7 (3) and re-registration of membership Exceptions are made when consent is obtained.
2) In case of false, omission, or typo in the registration information
3) If it is judged that registering as a member is significantly hindered by the technology of the “mall”

03 The time of establishment of the membership contract is when the consent of the “mall” reaches the member.

04 In the event that there is a change in the information registered at the time of membership registration, the member must notify the “mall” of the change within a reasonable period of time, such as by modifying member information. all.

Article 7 (Member withdrawal and loss of qualifications, etc.)

01 A member may request withdrawal from the “mall” at any time, and the “mall” will immediately process the membership withdrawal.

02 If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the “mall” may limit and suspend membership.

1) In case of registering false information when applying for membership
2) In case the member does not pay the debts borne by the member in relation to the use of the “mall” or the price of goods purchased using the “mall”
3) In case of threatening the order of e-commerce, such as interfering with other people's use of the "mall" or stealing the information
4) In the case of using the “Mall” to conduct an act prohibited by laws or these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals

03 After the “mall” restricts and suspends membership, the “mall” may lose membership if the same action is repeated twice or more or if the cause is not corrected within 30 days.

04 If the “mall” loses membership, membership registration is cancelled. In this case, the member is notified and given an opportunity to explain by setting a period of at least 30 days before the membership registration is cancelled.

Article 8 (Notification to Members)

01 If the “mall” notifies the member, it can be done to the e-mail address designated by the member in advance with the “mall”.

02 "Mall" may substitute for individual notice by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for more than one week in case of notice to many unspecified members. However, if the member has a significant impact on his/her own transaction, We will notify you individually about the matter.

Article 9 (Purchase application and consent to provision of personal information, etc.)

01 A user of the “mall” applies for a purchase on the “mall” by the following or similar methods, and the “mall” shall provide each of the following information in an easy-to-understand manner to the user when applying for a purchase.

1) Search and select goods, etc.
2) Enter the recipient's name, address, phone number, e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc.
3) Confirmation of contents of terms and conditions, services with limited right to withdraw subscription, and cost burden such as shipping and installation costs
4) Indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm or reject the above items (eg, click the mouse)
5) Consent to purchase application for goods, etc. and confirmation of this or confirmation of “Mall”
6) Selection of payment method

Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)

01 The “mall” may not accept the purchase request as in Article 9 if it falls under any of the following items. However, in the case of entering into a contract with a minor, if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained, the minor You or your legal representative must notify you that the contract can be canceled.

1) In case of false, omission, or error in the application contents
2) When a minor purchases goods and services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as cigarettes and alcohol
3) In case it is judged that accepting other purchase requests is significantly impeded by the "Mall" technology

02 The contract is deemed to have been established when the consent of the “mall” reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice in Article 12 (1).

03 In the expression of consent of the “mall”, information on the confirmation of the user's purchase application and availability of sale, correction or cancellation of the purchase application, etc. must be included.

Article 11 (Method of Payment)

The method of payment for goods or services purchased from the “mall” can be made by any of the following methods available. However, the “Mall” does not have any pretext for the price of goods, etc. with respect to the payment method of the user. Additional fees cannot be collected either.

1) Various account transfers such as phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking
2) Payment with various cards such as prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards
3) Online deposit without bankbook
4) Payment by electronic money
5) Payment upon receipt
6) Payment by points paid by the “mall” such as mileage
7) Payment by gift certificate contracted with the “mall” or recognized by the “mall”
8) Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc.

Article 12 (Notification of Receipt Confirmation, Change and Cancellation of Purchase Application)

01 "Mall" notifies the user of receipt confirmation when there is a user's purchase request.

02 The user who received the acknowledgment notice may request to change or cancel the purchase application immediately after receiving the acknowledgment notice if there is any discrepancy in intention, etc. In this case, it must be processed according to the request without delay. However, if the payment has already been made, the provisions regarding withdrawal of subscription, etc. in Article 15 shall apply.

Article 13 (Supply of Goods, etc.)

01 Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the supply period of goods, etc., the “mall” shall be responsible for ordering, packaging, etc. Take action. However, if the “mall” has already received all or part of the price for goods, etc., it will take action within 3 business days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. In this case, “mall” is We take appropriate measures so that users can check the supply process and progress of goods, etc.

02 "Mall" specifies the delivery method, the person responsible for the delivery cost by means, and the delivery period for each means for the goods purchased by the user. If the "mall" exceeds the contracted delivery period, the user's damage must be compensated. However, this is not the case if the “Mall” proves that there is no intentional negligence.

Article 14 (Refund)

"Mall" notifies the user of the reason without delay when the goods requested by the user cannot be delivered or provided due to out-of-stock, etc. Refund or take necessary actions within 3 business days from the date of refund.

Article 15 (Withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

01 The user who has entered into a contract for the purchase of goods, etc. with the “Mall” receives the document on the contents of the contract pursuant to Article 13 (2) of the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」 (more than when the document was received) If the supply of goods, etc. is delayed, the subscription can be withdrawn within 7 days from the date the goods are supplied or the supply of goods is started). However, regarding withdrawal of subscription If there are other provisions in the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」, the provisions of this Act shall apply.

02 Users cannot return or exchange goods, etc., if they fall under any of the following subparagraphs.

1) In case the goods are lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (However, if the packaging is damaged to check the contents of the goods, etc., the subscription may be withdrawn)
2) In case the value of goods has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
3) When the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time
4) If it is possible to reproduce with goods with the same performance, if the original packaging of goods, etc. is damaged

03 In the case of Paragraph 2, 2 to 4, if the "Mall" does not specify in advance the fact that the withdrawal of subscription is restricted in a place where the consumer can easily understand it, or does not take measures such as providing a trial product, the user's There are no restrictions on withdrawal of subscription, etc.

04 Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of goods, etc. are different from the contents of indications and advertisements or the contents of the contract are performed differently, the user shall become aware of the fact within three months from the date of receipt of the goods, etc. You can withdraw your subscription within 30 days from the date or the date you could have known.

Article 16 (Effect of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)

01 "Mall" refunds the price for goods, etc. already paid within 3 business days when goods are returned from the user. In this case, when the “mall” delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, the delay period In relation to this, we pay the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate as stipulated in Article 21-2 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」.

02 When the user pays for goods, etc. with a payment method such as a credit card or electronic money in refunding the above price, the “mall” shall promptly allow the business that provided the payment method to collect the goods, etc. Request to suspend or cancel billing.

03 In case of withdrawal of subscription, the cost required to return the supplied goods, etc. shall be borne by the user. The “mall” does not claim a penalty or compensation for damages from the user for reasons such as withdrawal of subscription. just goods In the event of withdrawal of subscription because the contents, etc. are different from the contents of the display or advertisement, or the contract is performed differently, the “mall” bears the cost necessary to return the goods.

04 If the user has paid the shipping cost when receiving goods, etc., the “mall” clearly indicates who bears the cost when the subscription is withdrawn so that the user can easily understand.

Article 17 (Personal Information Protection)

01 "Mall" collects the minimum amount of personal information to the extent necessary to provide services when collecting users' personal information.

02 The “mall” does not collect information necessary for the implementation of the purchase contract in advance when registering as a member. However, in cases where identification is required prior to a purchase contract for the fulfillment of obligations under the relevant laws, the minimum amount of specific personal information This is not the case when collecting.

03 When the “mall” collects and uses a user’s personal information, the “mall” notifies the user of the purpose and obtains consent.

04 The “Mall” cannot use the collected personal information for any purpose other than the purpose, and when a new purpose of use occurs or when it is provided to a third party, the “Mall” informs the user of the purpose at the stage of use and provision Get consent. However, there are exceptions if there are other provisions in the relevant laws and regulations.

05 If the "Mall" needs to obtain the user's consent pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3, the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliation, name and phone number, other contact information), the purpose of collection and use of information, and a third party to Matters stipulated in Article 22 (2) of the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.」, such as matters related to the provision of information about and the user can withdraw this consent at any time.

07 "Mall" must limit the persons handling the user's personal information to a minimum for the protection of personal information, and the loss, theft, leakage, or consent of the user's personal information including credit cards and bank accounts We take full responsibility for any damage to users caused by third-party provision or falsification.

08 "Mall" or a third party who received personal information from it destroys the personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting or receiving personal information has been achieved.

09 The “Mall” does not set the consent box for the collection, use, and provision of personal information to be selected in advance. In addition, services that are limited when users refuse to consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information We do not restrict or reject the provision of services such as membership registration on the ground that the user's consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information, which is not a mandatory collection item, is refused.

Article 18 (Obligations of “Mall”)

01 The “mall” shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide goods and services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.

02 "Mall" must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services.

03 "Mall" shall be responsible for compensating for damages to users by performing unfair display and advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the 「Act on Fair Display and Advertisement」 for products or services.

04 "Mall" does not send commercial e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want.

Article 19 (Obligation for member ID and password)

01 Except in the case of Article 17, the member is responsible for managing the ID and password.

02 Members must not let a third party use their ID and password.

03 If a member recognizes that his/her ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, he/she shall immediately notify the “mall” and follow the instructions of the “mall”.

Article 20 (Obligations of Users) Users must not engage in the following acts.

1) Registration of false information when applying or changing
2) Stealing information from others
3) Change of information posted on the “mall”
4) Transmission or posting of information (computer program, etc.) other than the information set by the “mall”
5) Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of “mall” and other third parties
6) Acts that damage the reputation of the “Mall” or other third parties or interfere with their work
7) Obscene or violent messages, images, voices, and other information that goes against public order and morals The act of disclosing or posting on the mall

Article 21 (Relationship between the connected “Mall” and the connected “Mall”)

01 If the parent "Mall" and the lower "Mall" are linked by a hyperlink (eg, the subject of a hyperlink includes text, pictures and moving images), the former is called the "Mall" (website) and the latter is called the "Mall" (website). The connected “mall” (website) is called.

02 The connection “mall” means that the connected “mall” does not take responsibility for guarantees for transactions with users due to the goods independently provided by the connected “mall” on the initial screen of the connection “mall” or at the time of connection. Article 22 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)

01 Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the “Mall” belong to the “Mall”.

02 The user may copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or other methods for profit-making purposes without prior consent of the “mall” without the prior consent of the “mall” of information acquired by using the “mall”. You must not use it or let a third party use it.

03 "Mall" must notify the user when using the copyright belonging to the user according to the contract.

Article 23 (Dispute Settlement)

01 "Mall" reflects the legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and installs and operates a damage compensation processing organization to compensate for the damage.

02 "Mall" handles complaints and opinions submitted by users preferentially. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the reason and processing schedule will be immediately notified to the user.

03 In the event of a user's request for damage relief in relation to an e-commerce dispute between the "Mall" and the user, the Fair Trade Commission or a dispute mediation agency commissioned by the Mayor/Do governor may follow the mediation.

Article 24 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

01 Litigation regarding e-commerce disputes between the “mall” and users is based on the address of the user at the time of filing, and if there is no address, the district court having jurisdiction over the place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction. However, complaint At the time, if the address or residence of the user is not clear, or if the user is a foreign resident, the case shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

02 Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between the “mall” and users.
